Minutes of the Palo Pinto I.S.D. Board of Trustees meeting in
Regular Session, September 24, 2008.

Members Present: Bud Price, President, Cody Cloud, Vice-President
Beverly Fuller, Secretary, Kerrie Hall and Brad Connelly
Members Absent: None
Also Present: Eric J. Cederstrom, Superintendent & Teresa Mahan, Principal

Quorum was present. The meeting was called to order by President, Bud Price.
Eric J. Cederstrom, Superintendent, certified the provisions of Article 6252-17, Civil Statutes as amended by the 63rd Legislature Special Session has been complied with in regard to public notice of the meeting.
Communications and Reports
• Enrollment numbers were presented for first and current days.
• The PBMAS and TELPAS results were presented.
• Child Nutrition Audit dates and overview were presented.
• Current mileage and route overviews were presented.
• Financial Integrity Reporting System of Texas overview was presented. A public hearing was scheduled for October 15 to review results.
• Mrs. Mahan presented Principal’s Report.

Consent Agenda
• Board Minutes approval was motioned by Cody Cloud, seconded by Kerrie Hall and approved unanimously.
• Bill payment approval was motioned by Cody Cloud, seconded by Kerrie Hall and approved unanimously.
• The financial report approval was motioned by Cody Cloud, seconded by Kerrie Hall and approved unanimously.

Business Items
• Motion by Cody Cloud, seconded by Kerrie Hall and approved unanimously to name Mrs. Mahan as the Integrated Pest Management Coordinator.
• Motion by Cody Cloud, seconded by Kerrie Hall and approved unanimously to cancel November Board election and certify Cody and Kerrie as board members for new four year terms as a result of unopposed elections.
• Motion by Kerrie Hall, seconded by Brad Connelly and approved unanimously updates to the Local Wellness Policy.
• Motion by Cody Cloud, seconded by Brad Connelly and approved unanimously to sign Bus Drive Testing Cooperative Inter-Local Agreement Contract.
• Motion by Brad Connelly, seconded by Beverly Fuller and approved unanimously to adjourn.
